What we collect

How we use data

• To provide and secure the service (authentication, fraud prevention).
• To improve product experience and reliability using aggregated, non-identifying page-view analytics, only when you opt in — retained up to 180 days.

Sharing

We may share data with the infrastructure providers that run the service (hosting, database, email delivery), with our AI provider (see “AI-Generated Content” below), and when required by law. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising or marketing-tracking vendors.

AI-Generated Content

Some pages on IRed Square (company research pages covering SEC filing content) show summaries generated by AI from the text of a company's public SEC filings. To produce these summaries, we send filing text — public regulatory disclosures, not your personal data — to Anthropic's API for processing.

AI-generated summaries can be inaccurate or incomplete. Every summary links back to the exact source text it was drawn from (“Evidence”), but that link doesn't guarantee the summary itself is correct — always verify against the underlying filing before relying on it. This content is not investment advice, and you are responsible for any decisions you make based on it.

Data retention & backups

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, and delete it on request. Usage analytics are aggregated (no personal data) and retained up to 180 days. We take periodic backups of account data for disaster recovery and rotate them regularly.

Your choices

• Disable non-essential cookies by category.
• Contact us to access, correct, or delete your data.
